Download Salary Detail
In Talenta, open Payroll, then Reports, pick the month and branch, and download Salary Detail. It holds every payroll component, benefit and the PPh 21 of each employee.

Let Karib check it
Upload the file to Karib. Names and NIK are replaced with pseudonyms before the AI model sees anything, and a rules engine recomputes every figure.
- 03 · publish
Fix in Talenta, then publish
Each finding names the employee, what to correct and the amount. Correct it in Talenta, record the decision in Karib, then publish payslips as usual.

Talenta calculates from what was entered. Karib checks what was entered.
The formula is rarely the problem. Money is lost in the input: a change nobody approved, a leaver nobody removed, a status that changed mid-year.
A raise nobody approved
Basic pay changed this month, and no approved change request explains it.
A PTKP status changed mid-year
A dependant added in August changes the status on file, but for PPh 21 that status only counts from January, so too little is withheld.

Does Karib need access to our Talenta account?
No. Karib never logs in to Talenta and needs no API key. It reads only the Salary Detail file your team downloads from Payroll, Reports.
Which Talenta export does Karib read?
Salary Detail for one month, which holds every payroll component, benefit and the PPh 21 of each employee. Download it for the whole company, or one branch at a time.
Talenta already calculates PPh 21 and BPJS. Why check it again?
Talenta calculates from the data that was entered. Karib checks that data against the rules and your own policies: leavers still in the run, raises with no approved request, a PTKP status that changed mid-year. Each finding comes with the rule and the working, so it can be fixed in Talenta before payslips are published.
Is Karib part of Mekari?
No. Talenta is a product of Mekari. Karib is an independent product that reads the export Talenta produces, and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Mekari.
How much does it cost?
